Attempting a 10,000' climb is easier when you are in good shape. Plus it doesn't hurt to look good in the mirror. Isaac, one of the Posse members, has created a system for getting and staying in shape. He used it to get leaner and stronger going into year 50. It's a simplistic approach that works.
